WELCOME TO OUR COMPANY
Le petit Chavon is a five-person gîte plus a two-seater Clic-Clac bench, located in the heart of the lavender country in a hamlet of 50 inhabitants. It is located at 840 meters above sea level in the town of Simiane la Rotonde in the Alpes de Haute Provence. Not far away you will find the Luberon park and Mont Ventoux. This gîte adjoins a dovecote in a fully restored farmhouse, completely independent from the owners' accommodation. In addition, it is accessible to people with disabilities (visual, auditory, motor or mental).
KITCHEN (13.20m²): Integrated, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer.
LIVINGING ROOM - LAUNGE (29.05m²): With fireplace, high definition TNT satellite television, mini channel, DVD player, telephone, two-seater sofa bed, WI-FI internet connection possible, but limited.
BEDROOM 1 (13.53m²): Double bed, storage cupboard.
BEDROOM 2 (12.55m²): A bed (width 90 cm, a pull-out bed (two beds width 80 cm) with the possibility of converting it into a double bed width 160 cm. Storage cupboard.
For baby, a cot, a high chair, a bathtub.
BATHROOM Fully equipped (10.07m²): water closet, shower, sink, hair dryer, washing machine.
WC Independent water closet (1.72m²): with storage cupboard.
ACCESSORIES: Ironing board, steam iron, foldable dryer, vacuum cleaner, raclette-grill set, fondue/wok set, food processor.
EXTERIORS: Tiled terrace of 35 square meter with garden table, armchairs with cushions, motorized blinds with remote control, gas barbecue. Meadow garden with play area, ping-pong table (with rackets and balls) and private "jeu de boules" / petanque.
